An `EelDescriptor` can be retrieved from a `Project` or ` Path`.

Is it possible that there are several `EelDescriptors` in a project?
For example, is it possible that `module a` is located in `dev container a` and that `module b` is in another? Or is such a setup not supported by the IDE?

I need to initialize/detect settings, which are based on an `EelDescriptor`, at project init.

Is it safe to assume `project.getEelDescriptor()` as the only one or should I better go over all content roots and collect all `EelDescriptors`?

Thanks!

No, IDE project (and consequently its frame) is bound to a single `EelDescriptor` for all its base roots. Although there is no guarantee that resolve of references always brings you to the same machine entities, SDKs, etc.
