Issues closed by a bot with no explanation

Some issues have been closed by a bot (YouTrack Workflow Bot). No explanation, no duplicates or fixes/wontfix, and comments are not allowed.
Is it intentional? What is the logic behind this?

As far as I can see it is not the bot who closed them, they all 3 are duplicates.
