Hi, I have escalated this. I cannot promise anything regarding dates, as it is a complex issue, but I fully understand your point. Especially with the discussions elsewhere.

Thanks for escalating this. I understand that complex issues can take some time, but it’s good to know the request is being looked into. Hopefully there will be some progress or an update soon. Has the team been able to identify the main cause yet?
