Plugin not being offered for update

I’ve had several users report to me that they’re not being notified of updates to my plugin. I’ve just seen this myself:

Here 2026.1-eap3 is available in the marketplace, and my local IDE is on 2026.1-eap2, but the plugin doesn’t get marked in the marketplace as having an update available. Is this something in my plugin, or a marketplace bug?

A bunch of other plugins were marked for update, so I updated those and restarted, and then my plugin was marked for update after a delay. But if users don’t have to restart, they’ll never see the updates, seems like.

IDEs also check for updates once in 12 hours, not only on start
