PRISM Log Viewer: looking for five developers to test a structured-log workflow

We make PRISM Log Viewer at Telemark Digital, and we’re looking for five developers who regularly inspect local JSON/structured logs in a JetBrains IDE.

We’d like to observe a 25-minute session: install the plugin, activate its optional Pro trial, investigate a small synthetic incident, and tell us where the setup or workflow falls short. The task covers finding failed requests, inspecting nested JSON fields, and saving a reusable filter.

If you use a compatible JetBrains IDE and inspect structured logs at least twice a month, we’d love to hear from you. No production data, purchase, or positive review is needed. Participation is voluntary and unpaid.

PRISM has a free viewer and an optional seven-day Pro trial. We are keeping the existing pricing during this study. We want candid feedback on whether the Pro workflow solves a real problem and what makes it difficult to evaluate.
