Today I learned about Exception Analyzer and I find it super handy. Thanks for that!
The problem I see that dealing with dozens (300+) of reports is not a comfortable manual process. I’d like to use an agent to help me analyze the issues, find patterns, eventually close them.
The existing grouping is not enough. E.g. CNFE: PluginClassLoader.loadClass catches issues of different root causes. After fixing one of them I’d like to resolve the related issues.
Could you provide an API for EA? Or even more generally, a Marketplace API?
I’d be awesome if I could setup a workflow that gathers the most recent user reviews, creates tickets from them, or replies to user comments on progress.
