I have followed this https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJPL-115486/Plugin-SDK-failed-to-find-sources-for-some-IJ-Community-classes but still not working.
I tried switching to 251 as well.
Could you let me know what I should do instead?

For IntelliJ Platform Gradle Plugin (2.x), see IntelliJ Platform Gradle Plugin (2.x) | IntelliJ Platform Plugin SDK.
Make sure to use the latest IDE/Plugin DevKit version as well.
