Can't acquire licenses for my own plugins

Hi, I own some paid plugins, and I can no longer acquire licenses for my own plugins.
My account: jonathanlermitage. The plugin: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/11058-extra-icons/
When going for buying a license, I see this screen:

It redirects me to https://account.jetbrains.com/licenses, which doesn’t help. It simply lists my current and past subscriptions…
I’m completely blocked. I have some license for Extra Icons, but they expired some time ago.

Hum, don’t mind. I have two accounts attached to my primary account, and one of them was able to acquire a license. I don’t know why the others can’t.
