Extension point that adds link to text in terminal

I vaguely recall encountering this extension point a while ago, but now I can’t find it. I tried searching for both “link” and “terminal” using the explorer, but none of the results matches.

What could that extension point be?

Thanks! That is indeed the extension point in question; too bad it only supports run consoles, not the “normal” terminal tool window.

Good question; I jumped to it. I should have at least tested it out.
