"IDE 'IU-2025.1.4' cannot be downloaded." during runPluginVerifier

Hi! I got the following error during running the runPluginVerifier job in Bump io.ktor.plugin from 3.2.2 to 3.2.3 · onriv/lean4ij@70c3129 · GitHub
Recently it always failed.

This build is considered broken, please build and run with 2024.1.4.1 patch build

How to specify the version? It seems to be inside the verifier. For example my plugin ( GitHub - alexey-anufriev/scopes-manager-intellij-plugin: Scopes Manager IntelliJ Plugin ) never sets exact version.
