Make plugin freely available for non-commercial usages

Hi,

Recently many of JetBrains IDEs are freely available to non-commercial usages.

How can I make my commercial plugin free to those users?

I would say it can be implemented as a freemium plugin with a specific legal notice.

  • Without a paid license: you show the “free for non commercial usage” banner.
  • With a paid license, you hide the banner.
