My hidden plugins got new downloads on the same day

I just noticed that two deprecated plugins of mine, neither of which has any non-hidden versions, got new downloads recently. The first was downloaded on the 10th and 13th (also the 11th for the latest version), while the second only the 13th; there is only one unique download per day. This happens to other plugins as well, though their versions are not hidden.

Was this an intentional action performed by JetBrains?

I’m curious about this too.
I’m seeing 1-3 downloads per day on multiple of my plugins where downloads were not this frequent before.
