It is page visits, basically from which IP addresses people visit your Marketplace page

You plugin seems very young? Wait a month or two, and your statistics will be more meaningful.
Don’t underestimate the Chinese audience either. You might be surprised. Just to give you an idea:
Yes, it was a big surprise for me ^_^. If my memory is correct, two or three years ago, most of my visitors came from the USA and Europe. Now, Chinese visitors clearly dominate. Meanwhile, it doesn’t mean they use your plugin, especially paid plugins.
