No answer from marketplace@jetbrains.com

Hi,
2026-02-04, 6:15 PM (GMT+1, jonathan@lermitage.biz), I asked to change the price of some of my plugins. I also asked a question about perpetual fallback licenses. Unfortunately, I got no answer.

Also, I’m wondering if there is a problem with my email address. Last time (January), I did not receive my self-billing invoice. You had to send it again manually… I’m also waiting for my February self-billing invoice (PG552-0047).

I recently had a pricing related inquiry as well and it took over a week to get a response. My February invoice hasn’t arrived yet either

Hi,

I have escalated that to Marketplace team. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi folks, I’m sorry for the delays with replies. I’ve answered on the ticket. And I’ve also asked our accounting team to tell me the reason for invoices not being sent yet and the estimates for their send-out. I’ll post here once I have any details.

The end of the month is nearing and I have yet to receive the self billing invoice. Are there any updates on the situation?

@Albert

I’ve still received no invoice and so far no payment either - are there any news about what’s going on?

I have escalated that again to the JetBrains Marketplace. Sorry for the unfortunate flow of information.

Hi Lukas, I’ve checked this with the accounting team. The reason you haven’t received the self-billing invoice is that no payment was issued that month, since the total amount did not exceed 200 EUR. The amount will be added to next month’s sales and included in the next payment as it should be more than 200 EUR then.

In that case the mistake would be on my side, my apologies. I must have read the documentation and missed that it is not flat 200 USD - but that opting to get payouts in EUR raises it from a flat 200 USD cap to a 200 EUR cap.

The statistics always being in USD regardless of my selected payout currency also added to the confusion.

Maybe that could be a bit clearer and more apparent in both the documentation (worded specifically) and in the statistics (more consistently using EUR over USD if I selected that).

But thanks for clearing it up, the missunderstanding was on my part.
