Plugin stuck in "JetBrains is reviewing this update" for over two weeks

Hi there, I uploaded a theme plugin on the 7th, and two updates to it on the following days. All 3 versions have been stuck with the status “JetBrains is reviewing this update. Please expect it to be approved within two business days of the upload.” since the 9th of July - is the plugin actually taking this long to being reviewed or is something messed up? It’s just a theme with comprised of a few JSON/XML files.
