Plugin Verifier 1.386 has been released

Plugin Verifier 1.386 has been released with two fixes.

• Only JetBrains first-party plugins are allowed to declare modules or plugin aliases with com.intellij, org.jetbrains and intellij prefixes.
• Restore ability to decompress tar.gz-based IDE distributions.

Version 1.386 failed validation for all my plugins because no plugin or module could be found for mandatory dependencies. And these plugins are all normal with v1.383 validation.
