It returns a 503 error for Jan 2026 and Dec 2025, but it’s OK with Nov 2025.

Yes, we’re aware of this issue. The Sales report can be slow to load and may sometimes return an “internal error” when there’s a large number of records. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this causes!
We’ve been talking about this internally with the relevant team for a while now. I’ve created an issue so anyone else affected can add their vote and keep track of the progress: MP-7935 Sales report returns 503 error
