Upgrading IntelliJ Platform Gradle Plugin from 2.3 to 2.4 (or later) - loading plugin

The release notes for 2.4 say:

  • Tests classpath: do not blindly include all plugin’s lib/**/*.jar
  • Tests classpath: do not load all bundled plugins and modules into the classpath

How do I include the plugin in the tests classpath? Currently getting in all tests errors about missing actionId
