Account recovery support

I’m trying to recover access to a JetBrains account that i had with my employers email domain. I left the company a few years back and now I’ve rejoined them I don’t have any recovery codes to get back in. I was the developer of their plugin and need to be readded to the organization to continue development

I’ve tried to raise a few support tickets using the relevant form, I don’t even get acknowledgement of the support ticket.

Any suggestions of a good email address I can contact directly to try and resolve?
