Actions awareness for suggestions by plugin

Hi,

Could you off-hand point me at api for counting in an ongoing manner the actions performed by the user, so that a plugin may suggest assigning keyboard shortcuts or other ways to invoke a small subset of those actions, or be able to then apply similar advisory behavior which bases off awareness of the user’s over-time overall use of actions?

I guess that actions here mean more or less what they mean in the excllent “find anything” pop-up’s actions tab, albeit more basic ones like plain cut and copy operations or simple edits would also be equally implied.

Suggestions for AI agents which know to discuss the API and platform extremely well are alternatively very welcome too!

This is not an official answer, nor an endorsement of a 3rd party plugin.

However, the Key Promoter X detects all actions and shows a popup suggesting a shortcut on an arbitrary action. Please take a look at the plugin descriptor and the corresponding listeners.
