Cannot write DM and funny bug

While reading forum I’ve found the following page:

So if I have problems I may write here (in Site Feedback category) or contact an admin.
I’ve tried to report a few bugs yesterday and got Flood Control Ban for 18 hours , so it was impossible to create a new topic

I tried to help a user today and after a few messages also got Flood Control Ban for an hour, but this time for messaging.

And now I tried to DM Jakub to ask about Flood Control rules, but found that I can’t do it:

• Open the personal page and see that you cannot text

Is I’ve chosen another admin from the page and did the same I got one more section:

Looks like it must be fixed

And please let me know when this ban ends before sending a message/creating a topic

@xepozz Thank you for highlighting the privileges issue with custom user fields, which led to a crash on the JavaScript side. It’s all fixed now!

As for rate limits – I’ve increased those.
