JetBrains Marketplace emails marked as spam in Gmail

Hello,

As a plugin developer, I occasionally receive notifications from the JetBrains Marketplace. However, all emails from marketplace@jetbrains.com are currently being classified as spam in Gmail. The warning states that the sender is not verified and that the authenticity of the email cannot be confirmed.

I understand that managing mass email systems is complex and involves maintaining a careful balance between trust and deliverability. Still, I believe a company as reputable as JetBrains should ensure that its outgoing emails are properly authenticated so they are not marked as spam by major providers.

For reference, Gmail reports that these messages fail DMARC authentication (sender verification), which is likely the reason they are being filtered as spam.
Example from the email header:

dmarc=fail (p=REJECT sp=REJECT dis=QUARANTINE) header.from=jetbrains.com

Could the team please review how Marketplace emails are being sent and confirm that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations are correctly aligned for the jetbrains.com domain?

Thank you.

Hello, thank you for reporting this. I have notified our developers, and they should adjust our email settings.
