There seems to be bugs with the ratings calculations on the review page for our plugin. We already submitted a ticket to support regarding this at https://marketplace-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/requests/8251332. However, it’s been a day and we have not heard back from support. This is quite urgent for us since this bug inhibits our growth on the marketplace.
Just FYI, Jetbrains marketplace use the Bayesian Rating instead of Average Rating based on the document: Plugins rating | JetBrains Marketplace Documentation
And also seems that the rating updates delayed sometimes require waiting for a period of time, though this is not mentioned in the document.
