I found this post about listeners for move refactoring events.
It seems this is not supported in PyCharm. Or am I missing something?
I also filed https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-86616/PyMoveModuleMembersProcessor-does-not-emit-events in the meantime.
