We’d love your feedback on the plugin description & change notes workflow

We’re currently reviewing the workflow and tools for updating plugin descriptions and change notes — and we’d love to hear from you!

If you’ve recently worked with the plugin description or change notes (either for a new plugin or an update), we’d really appreciate it if you could join a short 20–30 minute interview to share your experience and ideas. Your feedback will help us make the publishing process clearer and more efficient.

I’ll need to check my schedule, the times are all very early for me.

Sorry for the delay with the answer - it took a while to figure out possible options. We can offer an option to choose the Amazon Gift card or the All Product Pack subscription. It will be sent to your email after the call.

Also, we would be happy to send swag as an addition to the Gift card or APP subscription, but it takes more time to prepare and then some more time to deliver it to your address. So I can’t promise anything on swag right now, but I will do my best to send it as well :slight_smile:

I just registered but not sure I fit to the requirements, I am using the template way with the changelog plugin and with the readme placeholder for the description and change logs.

So if that is not what you are looking for, feel free to reject my application…

P.S. – I think instead of Amazon Gift you should definitely change to a JetBrains merchandise store voucher…

This is a great idea with the merchandise voucher! Can’t promise anything yet, but already asked the merchandise team if they can provide them.

I also registered for the interview.
A few questions: Is the All Product Pack subscription swag a personal license code? And besides do we need prepare to attend the interview, such as reply the invite email or install app for the meeting.
