When I fill in all info of this page and click save, then goto vendor page again, the Phone number and Address and City is still empty.

It’s likely that the information wasn’t saved properly due to issues such as non-Latin characters or unsupported symbols. Unfortunately, the error message can be easy to miss, as it’s displayed in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
From what I can see, it looks like you were able to successfully submit the information for your trader account. However, please let me know if you’re still experiencing any issues.
It does’t contains non-Latin characters.
We’ve resolved this issue in DM.
For the record: some plugin developers may have two vendor types: Personal and Organization. Trader details are only available for Organization vendors, so you won’t be able to submit this information for your personal vendor (at least for now!).
